The AIRA Automation Playbook

15 AI automations that replace real work.

Not a prompt list. Every automation shows what it replaces, the exact prompt, a real sample of what comes back, the tools to wire it to, and how to know when you can trust it to run without you.

What one page actually looks like

This is Automation 01, unedited, exactly as it appears in the PDF. All fifteen are built the same way.

Automation 01 page from the playbook: inbound lead research brief, with workflow diagram, prompt, sample output, build steps and trust check
1

What it replaces

A specific block of hours, quantified. If it doesn't replace real work, it isn't in here.

2

A workflow diagram

Trigger → Claude → output, so you can see the shape before you build it.

3

The exact prompt

Copy-paste ready, with the variables bracketed. No "act as a world-class" filler.

4

A real sample output

What actually comes back, so you know whether yours is working before you trust it.

5

Build steps naming the tools

Zapier, HubSpot, Gmail, Stripe, DocuSign, Notion — the stack you already pay for.

6

A trust check

How to tell when it's safe to let it run unsupervised — and when it isn't.

Inbound lead research brief

The moment a lead comes in — form fill, reply, DM — Claude produces a one-page brief: what the company does, size and funding, signals they have the problem you solve, the person's role, three personalization hooks, and a recommended first move.

The prompt
You are a sales research analyst for [YOUR COMPANY], which sells [OFFER] to [ICP]. Research this lead: [NAME], [TITLE] at [COMPANY], [WEBSITE/LINKEDIN]. Produce a one-page brief: (1) What the company does, one plain sentence. (2) Headcount and funding stage if findable. (3) Signals they need [PROBLEM YOU SOLVE] — cite what you found, never invent. (4) Lead's role and likely buying power. (5) Three specific personalization hooks from real sources. (6) Recommended first move: call, email, or disqualify — with one reason. If you can't verify something, say "not found." Never guess.
What Claude returns
Meridian Advisory — Sarah Chen, Head of Operations
Commercial real estate advisory, ~40 staff, Series A (2023). LinkedIn shows 3 ops hires in 90 days — scaling-without-systems pattern. Hook 1: Her March post on onboarding delays. Hook 2: "Ops Coordinator" role open 60 days. Hook 3: $12M mandate just announced. First move: email referencing the onboarding post — ask one question, don't pitch yet.
Trust check

Run it on 5 leads you already know well. If the briefs match reality, go live. If they hallucinate company details, add "only cite sources you can link to" to the prompt.

That's 1 of 15. The rest cover outbound, follow-ups, call prep, proposals, contracts, reporting, onboarding, inbox triage, support, hiring, and content — plus the 4-week order to build them in.

Who this is for

Buy it if

  • You run a small team and the admin is eating your week
  • You already pay for a CRM, an inbox, and a Claude or ChatGPT plan
  • You've tried prompts that worked once and never became a system
  • You want to build it yourself and just need the exact steps
  • You'd rather ship one automation this week than plan ten

Skip it if

  • You want software you install — this is a build guide, not a tool
  • You want it done for you (that's the strategy session or DFY)
  • You're looking for a list of prompts to skim, not build from
  • You can't describe your current process manually yet

Questions

What do I actually get?

A 19-page PDF, delivered instantly after checkout. 15 automations, one page each, plus a "read this first" page and a 4-week build order. No upsell wall, no drip sequence.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Every automation works copy-paste in Claude on day one. The build steps show how to connect it to Zapier, your CRM, or your inbox when you want it running on a trigger — but that's optional and clearly marked.

Does it work with ChatGPT instead of Claude?

The prompts are model-agnostic and work in ChatGPT or Gemini. The tool-specific build notes assume Claude in a few places because that's what we run, but nothing depends on it.

Is this just AI-generated filler?

These are the automations AIRA runs internally and installs for advisory clients. Every one has a real sample output and a trust check, which is the part generic prompt packs leave out. Read Automation 01 above and judge for yourself.

What if I want it built for me?

That's the $299 strategy session — 60 minutes with Joel Roberts mapping your actual workflows — or a done-for-you build. The $29 is credited if you move up.

How do I get the file?

Stripe redirects you to a private download page the moment payment clears, and the link is in your receipt. Any trouble: hello@aira.solutions.

One automation live this week.

The compounding doesn't come from having all 15. It comes from the first three running reliably while you build the rest.
